They did NOT put our 12 cheesy bites in, which I have proof of ordering! The man we spoke on the phone to, who I'm assuming was the manager, was VERY RUDE and HUNG UP THE PHONE on us, after failing to help resolve the multiple issues with our order. I will NEVER be ordering from Durham Road Subway EVER again! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Everything about the sandwich was wrong, to the point I ordered a six inch and received a foot long. I rang the store and queried this. I asked if there was something they could do and they said no. I was told to re order and pay for a complete new order. I stressed to to the person on the phone I should not have to do this, he kept apologising in what seemed like a rather sarcastic tone. I was told that the guy who made my sandwich was on training. I understand it may be stressful at times, but when it comes to the point where he's making what he wants and sending it out, it's a little bit frustrating. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect from here before. I am extremely upset, disgruntled and now have no food to eat for a 12hr night shift I'm currently working. I will never be ordering from here again.
