    One young lad served me and he was polite and helpful but the rest of the staff and I am guessing he was a manager, was disgraceful with his customer service

    We ordered through uber eats. No call, no delivery update. It’s been over an hour. It’s taken the £30 regardless. No one at the shop answered the phone. Even found the managers number on here through another unfortunate review, called it twice, no answer. Horrific delivery service.

    The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food." This is the message you get when you contact the shop and just eat about my delayed order more than 30mins. Also the staffs were very arrogant on the phone hanging the phone saying they are busy. Best to avoid this shop...

    firstly staff friendliness was not t fault. however the gloves were not changes for gluten free order. so for anyone wanting gf, you ,ight have to speak up before your order starts. and for owners of this franchise, ensure your staff are better training please. but as I say their friendliness is second to no-one
