Such a bad experience I had , I ordered 2 chicken tikka wraps on Tuesday afternoon 19/05/26
The Asian lady is working she doesn’t have manners how to talk with the customers. She was very rude no smile , no kind gesture , can u please train her how to talk with people, I asked her for the footlong and she said we are not making anymore footlong, later she gave the same footlong to somebody else . I mean Why? Then I asked for the simple wrap , no doubt food was good , we sat and dined in there , place was cleaned , I enjoyed my food

Went early lunchtime, there were too many staff behind the counter and none of them seemed to be doing the usual Subway production line style but instead were passing sandwiches back and forth. They didn't seem to be able to cope with the online orders that were coming through as they were piled up and the staff were stressed. There only seemed to be one person who could make one particular type of sandwich so she was called back and forth. There were people standing around waiting and being called to back and forth as they tried to make the orders. Our sandwiches were then not together when we got to the till. The fillings were all at one end of both of our sandwiches, and falling out of mine. They charged 70p extra for gluten free bread. The floors were all disgusting under every table and the tables themselves were also dirty. No one had cleaned up for a while by the looks of things.
The most inefficient sandwich experience I've ever had. Would not go back.

First subway in years and it was a bit of strange experience from the lady working here. I was asked to pay for extra toppings I never asked for. When I questioned this the lady was quite passive agressive and rude about the whole thing. They deducted the amount in the end as I was about to walk out without the food.

Had issues on uber eats as the driver broke down, but Sue was lovely and very helpful! ❤️
