  been to a few subways and never been the best. but visits here today and it's the best sub I've had in ages. Sarah and the lad serving was very friendly 😁

  I've been in today 28 /9/24 to buy a 12 Italian with chicken and salad. At no point was i told the chicken was chicken Tika . When I arrived home my wife rang the shop to tell the girl working there that we wasn't happy with our meal . And that we would like to return it and have the correct plain chicken on our sandwich. The girl said there was nothing she could do as it was what Id asked for . Well I didn't ask for chicken Tika and at no point did she tell me what flavors of chicken was available to me . How am I supposed to know what flavors there are when the tubs of meat are not clearly marked . Its up to the staff to inform people of the chicken flavors before making a sandwich. As not everyone likes Tika meat . I will not be returning to this shop and ill be sending a email of complaint to subways head office. The young ladys name is Paige and she was very rude and quite aggressive and actually put the phone down on my wife. NOT VERY GOOD FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
