  Paid for food but not given the food. The ‘sandwich artist’ (Jerin) claimed that we hadn’t actually ordered even though we showed proof of the order and the money being taken out, he told us to just order again and pay double the price and then we had been accused by this fully incompetent worker of doing something ‘suspicious’. The only suspicious thing is how long it took him to make other orders! Many minutes for one small sub. He was also talking down to me as if I was only a 5 year old whose brain had not developed. Will never visit this branch again.

  Ordered 2 footlong subs through just eat. Recieved 2 6 inch subs instead but still charged for the footlongs, and spent an hour calling multiple times with nobody answering the phone. Staff obviously aren't competent enough to make the right sandwiches, so shouldn't be surprised the have no idea how to pick up a phone receiver either.

  Ordered a chicken and bacon footlong. The chicken tastes off and the bacon was practically raw. Probably not safe to eat only managed 2 bites 😫. No answer when I called the store.
