    Brilliant guy in there called Brandon saved my skin by saving some ‘baby stuff’ I left in there by accident, and while I was in there gave my a big tin to help cool the bottles, proper nice guy, man deserves a raise!

    The manager or anyone for that matter won't let you use ANY offers on the SUBWAY APP! Claims it's because people over used accounts but every single other subway in the whole of stoke on Trent lets you use all the offers. He clearly just doesn't want to "lose" a couple of pounds when we're trying to save anything! The older lady is so nice but for not to be able to use any app offers there's literally no point in coming to this store. I'll probably never return.

    Absolutely fantastic customer service the staff couldnt be more lovely would come back here again just because of how lovely the staff were. Best customer service in a subway i have ever had will definitely be back
