  Got denied a Coke refill at Subway because apparently sitting outside means you’ve entered another dimension and are no longer a customer 😂

  Came to order food and used the subway app they was fine till i scanned a voucher then could hear them saying he used a voucher and one said for god sakes and rolled her eyes from now on i wont be using subway again stick to greggs and £17 for 2 6 inchs and then wanted 2.70 on top to change drinks from machine to bottled drinks rip off sort your staff out

  Been to Subways, all across the planet; and this had the worst server I have ever encountered. Ordered a Steak & Cheese sub, and a Roast Chicken sub, then noticed she was putting the steak on both. Pointed out that one was supposed to be chicken and she just scowled, pointed at the steak bowl and announced that was actually chicken. I said, in that case what was on the other sandwich, and she declared it was the steak and cheese. When I again pointed out that she had got both fillings from the same bowl, she just shrugged and moved onto the salad section. I cannot believe this was a training issue rather than someone deliberately taking the mickey with an obvious tourist from the hotel next door. Maybe the receptionists should warn guests away from this Subway.

  Great service and happy friendly staff. Sandwich choice was the mighty meaty. This is huge and messy and is amazing. I would ask for a knife and fork because most of it falls out. 10 out of 10 for service today. When waterworld is busy during school holidays I would avoid unless you don't mind a queue.
