  ordered a tuna and mayo jacket potato with a side of beans. both the beans and potato were stone cold, he also asked if i wanted the beans warmed up and i said yes however he warmed them up for 15 seconds and they were freezing cold. he had taken my potato from a fridge and warmed it up for 50 seconds. and i also ordered a sandwich a couple of days ago and wanted it toasted and when he took it out of the oven it wasn’t toasted at all. i live not even a 5 minute drive from there so my food can’t have gotten that cold in the span of a couple minutes. What a waste of money and food !

  Lady wanted to charge me triple.. Then double price at the end I still payed more then I should.. 6 inch pouched egg and cheese toasted sub took over 10 minutes to preapere and it was completely burnt and rock hard when I showed it to the lady she asked me if it's burnt... no refund was offered.. I understand someone is completely new to the job but shouldn't be left to work unsupervised if its not fully trained and confident.
