    it’s good food, just the service that got me a bit annoyed; me and my friend both brought a 6 inch. i paid extra for mine because it had chicken and ham in it, and the guy mixed up the orders. my friend took a bite without realizing it was mine. really annoyed about that and hope they be more careful in their service.

    Very poor. Ordered on app and walked to store to pick up for the time given only to be told they don’t do it. The only option was to pay again so now have been left with paid twice and app that says picked up. This appears shoddy at best and fraudulent otherwise. The bread itself was only very lightly toasted and very soft.

    The staff don't respond to questions well. They should honor offers which are available via the app. But refuse to. Manager is never around to answer any questions
