  We visited your Subway in Spalding and were disappointed with the service. The staff member who served us seemed unhappy and was laughing with a friend while serving customers. However, when English customers arrived, she suddenly smiled and behaved normally. We found this unprofessional and felt unwelcome, so we will not be returning.

  Went here to get something quick to eat as a celiac it can be difficult with a gluten allergy. Staff were amazing and got fresh containers of what they could. Wipes the side down before starting to make my sandwich and even offered to clean the table I was sat at. Connor and the manageress went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating.

  I'm never going to a subway again, upsold and not informed of cost (they were aware we were unfamiliar). Starving so visited this place in the evening with family, tired and hungry, when it was empty, ordered a £8~ footlong. Hadn't been to a subway for at least 8 years so forgot completely how it worked. They took advantage of this and upsold us into oblivion. Ended up being £16 for a sub. SIXTEEN. Don't even know how it got there since we weren't offered a receipt. I realise this is partially our fault, but when we specifically asked for a chicken breast sub and you saying "okay, so you sure you want chicken on your sub (even though it was exactly the type of sub we asked for?). What other meat do you want, why don't you add this meat and this meat etc. okay why not add this too since you added this". Weren't aware of the extra cost. Did all this without disclosing that there would be extra cost which is the real problem. I understand this might be common knowledge to some but you clearly knew that we were not familiar as we explained at the start and you took advantage of this. Sub also just fell apart on first bite and there were no tissues (all ran out). Never leave reviews but just to inform others.
