  this is one of those subways that are not very generous with their portions, always have to ask for extra but today was terrible. asked repeatedly for extra this or that but even then there was still more bread than filling. £12 for two footlongs. they didn't have any tomatoes. always far too busy with online/phone orders to bother with footfall customers. wrong attitude! been going for a few months but after today won't go there again. plenty of better run subway branches that value customers.

  Awful Uber driver left my food on a wall took a photo and then probably ate himself. No luck with Uber so called Subway Churchtown. Spoke to Jack who could not have been more apologetic and helpful. Offered full replacement and drove to collect. Jack had my order waiting and had given a footlong cookie as an extra as the order was for my daughter who has been poorly. Jack you are what all restaurant staff should aim for...polite, thoughtful and friendly with excellent customer service skills. Subway are lucky to have you as part of their team. Will always collect from now on. Thank you 😊
