- KEK EApr 2, 20261.0I don't normally leave reviews but I felt this particular subway deserved one. Staff very rude and dismissive. I was shooed to one of the other employees when I went to order. The machines were totally in the way of the counters. Felt like we were a nuisance by wishing to order a sub. The guy doing the salad also made us feel like we were a nuisance by wanting to have salad in the sub too. Asked for 2 cookies and the lady on the tills shouts no no not in the deal. Which I knew, but I wished to purchase them anyhow. Felt like I was at school being told off. Food was basically chucked at us. These people have obviously never heard of the concept of customer service. Go to McDonald's instead. Staff are far more pleasant to deal with.
