  What's going on with the damn prices. Every time I go in it's more expensive. Last week I went in and it was £8.50 for a 6 inch meal deal. The subs are nice, but not worth almost £10 for a meal deal. Won't be going again unless there's a promotion. Staff are always perfectly pleasant though.

  The portion sizes were surprisingly generous for the price. I even had enough to take home for lunch the next day! I was impressed by how many gluten-free options they had. The staff was very knowledgeable about ingredients and made me feel totally safe dining here.

  The dish was incredible perfectly season and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. It was the perfect spot for a relaxed brunch with friends. Service was top notch. Easily one of the best dining experience I've had recently.

  I recently Visited the Subway on London Road, Southampton and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The food tasted fresh and my order was made exactly as requested. The store was also clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place for a quick meal.

  The worst subway I have ever vist. Fawlty Towers basically. Me and my family went there on Sat 9th May around 6.30pm.for quick meal before Mayflower show. Up on arrival we noticed two customers being very laud and staff member did not feel comfortable to deal with their shocking behaviour (how on Earth single employee can be left without help on Sat late afternoon in busy high street brunch I do not know,probably cost cutting).once we were served and one sandwich was made half way through,staff member started to talk to a girl behind us in foregin language (no.problem with that). But then staff member said she is going to serve her friend who she talked to first as she is very hungry. Well we all are !we could not believe. Then family came and little girl was sick on a floor (bless her ). Her mum informed staff member ans showed what happen. In normal situation staff member would deal with it by cleaning up etc. All what she has done in a middle of making a sandwich was giving this lady blue roll and spray to clean it. This poor woman was puzzled but grabbed it and I helped her to clean it up. Lady ans her family left as they felt not looked after and left in awkward situation. I do not blame her. No customer service at all. Finally our sandwiches were made. We noticed lots of recipts on a floor. One chap walked in from a street heading to a toilet (which was absolutely disgusting anyway) ,he looked like he uses this toilet regulary. He picked up all this DIRTY PAPER OF THE FLOOR AND PUT OT ON A COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS SERVED. Once we paid we grabbed blue roll and spray,wiped one of the table on our own . Ate and left. There is CCTV so if any MANAGER of this brunch exist look at that whole situation.i can not believe you have 5 food hygiene raiting. I do not blame staff member as she was on her own and with little experience in customer service. Absolutely shocking!
