  I went here late night wanting some food and let me start off by when I came here, Abi, who was the person working was extremely nice and polite. He greeted me with a really nice smile and attuide, it made me feel better about my about my long tiring day. He patiently waited for me to choose my topping.His service was exceptionally and should be an absolute standard. The food tasted really good and made my evening. Definitely comming back and would recommend.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Southampton Subway on Portswood Road. The member on duty that day, wearing a black polo t-shirt and with fair complexion, was extremely rude. I greeted him politely, but he didn’t respond. While that alone would have been fine, things quickly got worse. Without any greeting or acknowledgment, he immediately asked me to bring a bag for a delivery pickup. There was no courtesy, just a direct demand..hardly what I would call good service. On top of that, he mixed up the orders. While I was waiting for my order, he was preparing a completely different one. When he handed me an order, it was not mine at all. Only after I pointed this out did he realize the mistake and tell me it would take more time. I had traveled a long way for my order, only to be handed the wrong one and then told to wait further. This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and completely avoidable. At the very least, staff should be polite, attentive, and have a friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
