    Absolutely shocking. Got a meatball marinara and it has 2 meatballs on with a ton of sauce to hide the fact. When we walked in he was packing an 8+ item order, didnt look up ir greet us. Waited 15 minutes for him to even speak to us. Then a crappy, skimpy jacket potato. Worst subway service I've ever had.

    I always place an order for collection. The food is always wrong and never even made when I get there. Half the time they don’t cut the sandwiches and they’re so stingy with the toppings. When I arrive they ask “Do you want it toasted?” as if they don’t have a copy of my order in front of them. No I don’t want a vegetable sandwich toasted🤣 Lost my custom🫤

    Absolutely fedup with ordering food for collection and everytime it is wrong! Paying for double meatballs, additional extras and never get them. Half my salad options not included and didn't even add my sauce. Absolutely will not be returning.
