    Food still fridge temperature, not appetising whatsoever asked lady to re heat due to the temperature an was told it had already been put through even though I explained it was cold, was with 2 colleagues an they had the same issues and same attitude.

    Food was diabolical, freezing cold asked to reheat wouldn't said it was hot enough. Rude staff and terrible customer skills. Won't return

    Ever since its been refurbished, management is shockingly bad at sorting their staff out. Only one person serving lunch rush hour. Queue could be 15, which takes forever.

    Walked in and began ordering being the only customer in the store. Just eat driver turns up. Worker (about to take my bread out) stops making my order and does the just eat order instead. Please get your priorities straight this isn't how you should treat customers
