    Idk what s wrong with that place but every time I wanted to buy something from there (at least 5 times) it was closed.

    The customer service at this subway was above and beyond. The male working on Saturday evening 11/04 (didn't get his name) I hope is a very valued member of the subway team.

    Surinder was happy, smiling and chatty as he took my order. Made me a great sandwich and even took my rubbish away as I finished as he was clearing the tables away. Shout out to Lauren too who was busy behind the scenes prepping stuff. I'll definitely be stopping here for another sandwich when I'm next at the NEC.

    I had a footlong sub here, the staff made it really nicely and just like how I wanted- his name was Nick. I would definitely recommend to stop here for it, as the staff really understands and creates a friendly environment as well.
