I came in Friday lunchtime around 1pm to get a salad foot long sub as a meal. I was served by the young asian lady she was very polite, helpful and also gave me extra recommendations to add on a sub. The shop was clean, well maintained and the dining area was free from litter and dirt. Well done Solihull team

The portions are outrageous to the point I refused to pay and walked out
How do you measure the salad portions I ordered a tuna salad it was a few flakes of lettuce a few slices of cucumber tomatoes peppers and real measured tuna absolutely outrageous l could still see the bottom of the box so when I asked for a bit more I got a dirty look so I just walked out

I ordered from uber eats specifically asking for my food to be toasted and the wrap to be heated yet when my food came nothing was toasted nothing was heated all completely cold and this isn’t a delivery issue the staff did not follow instructions. I called them up and the man on the phone told me he heated it himself and toasted it himself I told him you definitely did not he said he can show me cctv footage of him doing it I asked him to proceed and do so yet he consistently kept driving that conversation away and told me to just report to uber eats I said the issue is not with uber eats it is within your staff, he then hung the phone up on me. This is unbelievable customer service absolutely disgusting.

Very prejudice staff. Never experienced anything like that before at any Subway. Ordered a potato which was cold and hard, they offered to reheat it but served it as if it was unaccounted for. For 7.59 pound a veg jacket potato you would expect a good amount of salad and good service. The staff wasn't bothered about serving the customers. Won't be going to that branch again.
