  I ordered vegan cheese but noticed the lady put non vegan cheese on, I mentioned it and another member of staff told her it wasn't vegan cheese, they amended their mistake I then asked for the spiced plant patty and the lady asked me if I'd said bacon, I quickly said no and said spiced plant patty again, she changed her gloves and grabbed the plant patty, maybe she needs a bit more training as she also almost messed up the order of the lady behind me, the lady had asked for turkey and she almost put another kind of meat on it, overall the other members of staff knew what they were doing and told her she had made a mistake.

  I recently visited and had a disappointing experience with the staff at the counter. The employee seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the whole process uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has off days, but customer service should always be a priority. I hope management can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
