    Absolutely filthy, seating with stuffing coming out, dirty floor, seats and tables and young staff don't seem bothered about customers. This place is a disgrace and needs visiting by health and safety.

    The staff member with the blonde ponytail needs to be dismissed. No etiquette whatsoever. Training can't fix that. Blasting tinny d&b in the other room, wouldn't mind if you had a smile on your face. The other colleague put salt on a sandwich (obviously in ingredients list) and she went wow, you really do that. Total simpleton

    Feel depressed every time I go in here the staff are so miserable. The prices they charge a simple smile or an hello would not go a miss totally all look so down. Try phillpots up the road much nicer environment to be served. Cheaper also . Maybe some staff training. ????However the girl who is manager is the worst one so as the saying goes lead by example your staff may cheer up be a while before I would go back in.
