- CCClare ClareMar 27, 20265.0I had an early lunch in Subway today. There was a growing queue but only one person working behind the counter, making lunches and hot drinks. It has to be said that that one person was fantastic. He worked quickly, precisely, hygienically and very pleasantly. I was most impressed…and told him so. He was working at an exhausting speed. Message to the manager - you need more staff.
- JJJaeMar 13, 20263.0Ordered online and went in to see if it was ready it wasn’t and got asked if I wanted sauce on a sub that didn’t need it and kept getting quizzed on my order tried offering me a free cookie declined as all I wanted was my order last few times I’ve been in here has been a bit shit last time I was in had one of the new member of staff staring me down and asking a lot of personal questions this store was better with some of the old staff members
