the food is great i have nothing to say about that just that sometimes there will be onions in the lettuce ect , but on the service side i always find that most employees are okay but one in perticular i get a feeling as if she almost dosnt like me , she can come off sharp and quite arrogant, anouther thing is they tend to close at like 5-5:30 and they allways pack away at 3 which is not inviting at all !

This 5 star review goes to Raaj, who I assume might be the store manager. He runs his shift smoothly, and most importantly for me, makes the best gluten-free sandwiches in the region and understands not to use cross-contaminated ingredients with breadcrumbs on , as that defeats the point of it being gluten free for the most sensitive ones out there. I drive out of my way and hassle through the traffic just to have a sandwich made by him.

There's not enough stars for the service we received today so I'm adding 5 more.
Tuesday 9th December. My husband was served by Louie (sorry I know I misspelled that). He went above and beyond when my husband said he had coeliac disease. Not only did he understand he was compassionate. He changed gloves twice without asking. Was unsure if a knife had touched bread so he went in the back to get a clean one. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his boxed salad. If the manager sees this he deserves another yellow star on his hat.
