Cant order from the guy standing at the counter. Would have taken 5 seconds to say my order, instead I have to spend 5minutes on a computer, then go back to the guy to pay cash that you can't pay on the computer. Waste of my time

I visited this Subway after a long night shift, feeling very tired and hungry. The self-service screen wasn’t working for me, so I needed to order at the counter.
There were two staff members present, but no one acknowledged me or offered help while I waited. Even a simple greeting would have made a difference.
I eventually had to leave without ordering. I hope the team can improve their customer attention and communication.

Just been in for a collection, watched the two staff members get spoken to like absolute rubbish by an arrogant, rude obnoxious customer who was the world’s biggest Karen over extra cheese on his beans. The staff kept their cool and professionalism. As someone who works in hospitality management, I’m impressed and sorry you both had to put up with a man child who spoke to you like dirt.
Keep slaying divas, that man had small d energy anyways
