  Amazing experience! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They made the sandwiches perfectly with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. You can really tell they care about customer service and quality. The sandwiches tasted fantastic and were packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  Was in earlier this afternoon and witnessed a staff member mimicking a customer, laughing with her friend who was sitting near the till, as the customer left the shop. Attitude of the employee was poor, on her phone while taking my order, paid more attention to her friend than her job, and was blatantly rude to customers. Also her sandwich making skills were terrible, being the cherry on top.

  Amyn and Zahra always provide fast and efficient and service. They are welcoming and friendly and the food is good and tasty. Nothing is too much trouble for them, so for example, they helped when I had a problem with the app and let me know about offers I qualify for. I visit here frequently and they make me feel very much at home and valued, always greeting me with a cheery smile and welcome. They let me know if they have freshly baked cookies and have even offered to warm up / freshen cookies for me.

  Visited Subway recently and was chuffed with the fresh food! Zohra, the sandwich artist, was super friendly and made a cracking sandwich. Environment: Clean and tidy! Food Freshness: 👍 Customer Service (Zohra): 5 stars! Would defo go back
