  The Chicken Tikka sandwich was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and nicely spiced. The fresh salad and soft bread made the sandwich even better. Definitely one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve had recently. Highly recommended for anyone who loves spicy and flavourful food! Staff were friendly and interactive service. Would love to go again.!

  I ordered for pick up via just eat, when arriving in the shop there was no staff member anywhere to be seen. There were a fair few customers sat in eating. I could hear talking and laughing from the back of the shop, waited around 4 minutes for someone to show up and was met with a man with both airpods in with poor customer service. This is not a one off occasion.

  According to the updated timing on Google, the shop is supposed to close at 6 PM (except Sunday). However, the staff starts telling customers that it is closed between 3:30 and 4 PM. This is confusing and inconvenient. The staff is not managing the timings properly.

  Over the last few months I have been in subway atleast once a week. Each time the service gets worse. The staff are rude. There was once no lettuce and when I said it she just ignored me and did not apologise. Today I’ve come in ordered a foot long italian bmt when she closed the sandwich half of the toppings came out. She did not cut the sandwich in half so when i came and said “do you have a wooden knife or something please” she ignored me and went to serve the next person. The rudeness does not stop at one staff member it happens on a regular basis. Today me and my friend have ate separately because it took her that long between both of us to make the sandwiches. When I have come to sit down the lights have been off and instead of switching them back on as she has seen we’re sat up here in dark she has just ignored the problem. When I asked for more sweetcorn in my sandwhixh she laughed at me which is totally rude and uncalled for. Every time I come in I hope the service will be better but it’s very quickly declining. Subway is one of my favourite foods but the staff are making it very hard to enjoy. Also spending over £10 for a sandwich when it’s thrown together and toppings are falling out it is really not good enough.

  WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!!! As a coeliac (gluten free) person i have never been so shocked. walked in and asked the women if they do gluten free bread. she barely spoke english so had no idea what i said at first. then understood and made my sandwich. then made my boyfriends sandwich and continued to put MY sandwich ONTOP of his!!!! without any paper even to seperate them or anything as she was trying to put them in the oven together. Then a male worker came to the shop and she started to tell him what had happened with me in their OWN LANGUAGE! Never felt so disrespected in my life!!! she rolled her eyes at me when i asked for a nee sandwich as i couldnt eat that due to cross contamination. Worst subway ever staff are appalling and no nothing about allergies when they are supposed to.
