  Poor experience unfortunately; I went twice over two days and each time the different staff members ignored me. You have to order on a screen & because of this there’s seemingly no interaction required. One was chilling in the back and kept me waiting, with no greeting or apology for the delay, and the other was on a phone call on loudspeaker chatting in a different language the entire time she was making the sandwich, again, with no acknowledgment of my existence. Oh, and now Subway has made it mandatory to buy a plastic bag? All this aside, the Subway food was fine & usual, but nothing to write home about.

  Very good experience today ( 16 april 2026)at eccles subway. Its the first time we visit subway and one staff who worked during day shift is amazing. She is very hard working, pleasant and marvelous. She given us sub with meatball, that is too tasty and we ( me, husband and daughter) loved it and we are happy about our first visit. She is asset for subway. Thank you team subway.

  Went in this morning to order some food and I was greeted by a member of staff who was very rude and very abruptly with their service, will not be going back and please avoid at all costs. The other member of staff was very polite as even he picked up 🆙 n the bad customer service experience
