  Absolutely terrible experience. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff before. The server asked me which vegetables I wanted, and as I started explaining both what I wanted and didn’t want, he abruptly interrupted me, gave me a hostile stare, and said, “Did I put that?” I calmly explained that he had asked for my preferences, so I was clarifying. Instead of listening, he became aggressive, spoke rudely, and then threw the sandwich aside, saying, “I’m not serving.” I genuinely don’t understand what I did wrong. Thankfully, my husband was with me—otherwise, I would have felt quite unsafe returning to my hotel alone after that interaction. This was extremely upsetting, and I will not be visiting again. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the staff member’s name.

  Best subway I’ve ever had! The customer service was on point and the woman who served us (Vanessa) was as absolute joy. Very happy customer.
