  I don’t know why I have to give them any stars They was rude. I waited three hours for my food to arrive. I did it on Uber Eats which I wasn’t any tracking because the people from the store deliver to you. But having to wait three hours and it turned up wrong and then I tried to call her about 5-6 times the third time I got through and hanged up on it’s very rude Royal wootton Bassett. Subway, don’t go there honestly don’t bad experience once again food WAITED 3 hrs for my food to arrive by the store colleague after I waited for that long I called up so explain the situation. Don’t show any remorse didn’t show that he was sorry for care the customers. Try to get through three times finally the answer and I explained . I’ve been waiting for three hours. Where is it? Please just got told to wait patiently and it’s on its way very rude stuff. The colleague that just bought my food dropped it and go there you go aggressively and that made me very scared honestly if you wanna go somewhere go somewhere else just in Swindon all Cirencesrer do not go here they will treat you like rubbish and won’t get your food until three hours time And then when I called up when my food arrives complaining that it was cold it was wrong. The person who I spoke to was very, very rude and said why is that I can’t help you right now. I’m too busy and then when I called up saying where is my food order she just have to wait patiently aggressively over the phone and I said okay and I hanged up because I wasn’t gonna be spoken to you like that and then saying before there were like not picking up the phone they don’t care about their customers And this hasn’t happened to me once happened to me about four or five times when I’ve ordered something from there I thought you know what will give him another chance if they change anything but no, I would avoid this place. The service is terrible.d

  1 hour late,turned up cold but the food was ok. Worst service I’ve ever experienced the driver was friendly but that’s the only positive. I live in Wootton Bassett and this will be the first and last time I ever order from here.

  Recently had another disgusting visit to the Chippenham Subway but as always, ordering for delivery from the Royal Wootton Bassett branch was great. They don’t skimp on the portion, delivered fast and still warm. Sure it’s a little pricey compared to other take aways on Bassett high street, but at least it’s open … unlike a certain chippy near the church 🤷🏻‍♂️
