The woman serving us could hardly speak any English and kept speaking in our own language to her colleagues right in front of us, which I found incredibly rude 😤. Where in the United Kingdom is this acceptable? She couldn’t give a straight answer on the prices — first it was one price, then changed to another, then some deal, then another, and extras that we never even wanted! This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I absolutely feel violated in my own country. Can I also point out I am not Racist .Staff should be speaking our language so we can understand what they’re saying about us too. We’ll be putting in a formal complaint to head office because this is beyond poor service 🚫. I’m beyond disappointed.
