  There is an old ish lady that is short and has gray hair that works there and that was so rude ,you are not allowed to change ur mind without her getting in a rude tone with u and saying that I asked u if u wanted anything else and u said no and was speaking to us really rudely and she doesn't listen to what u want we have opened some of are subs and there ingredients that we didn't even want well missing some ingredients and it was around 11 on Wednesday 20th may 2026 and just point blank rude and I would like something done about it

  Ordered via app 35 minutes ago and we were de-prioritised even though our food should have been ready 25 minutes ago. What's the point of using the app if we won't get the priority!

  Tried to order on Just Eat as they are listed as available for delivery but keep refusing my order. If you’re incapable of delivering the remove yourselves from the delivery list and stop wasting your own and other people’s time.

  Joke of a store. Signage and website states an opening time of 8am. Very often visit at 9am, not open or willing to serve. Staff member was rude today, stating that they’re too busy to serve, even though it’s 9am. Ridiculous.
