  We almost always get superb service at this Subway. Today no exception with even an ex employee helping out with newish ordering system ! 10/10

  Have you waiting and waiting and waiting what can I say, rude service and lack of staff and have tou standing there more than 10 mins before they go i be there soon has possible, pool sub way dont deserve a star.. seen more movement in a snail 🐌

  Xmas menu will be out by the time you get your order, popped in today mid afternoon hardly a busy period maybe a handful of people in the store not many at all. The esit for food was 25 minutes whilst I was waiting other customers came in and they said it would a 20 minute wait after I had gotten there. My sub arrived I had ordered it to be toasted and was untoasted I can assume this was to try clear the rush or one of the two lads working completely forgot also my side of chicken nachos were cold as well usually have had a good experience at other local Subways that are far more busier Truro for example but the two lads working today were slower than moses with only one of them visibly doing anything at all.

  Often use subway for our breakfast or afternoon meals ,drinks ,etc,staff are quite polite and friendly, we use truro and pool ,george at the pool outlet is great ,so are the staff at the truro threemilestone outlet

  Very bad service we walked out, the guy behind the counter (appeared in charge) was arrogant with a bad attitude. He needs a lesson in customer service, It's the second time I have had bad service at this subway and will never go back.
