- MSMohammed shaikhApr 19, 20261.0Worst customer service.I order the food on the app ,and selected the subway near broad street (Reading ),by mistake, and then when I tried to cancel the order , it didn’t let me.No help from staff when I called them up,and didn’t collected my food. 2 days later I visited their restaurant to speak to the member of staff and try to explain them, if something can be done about my unfulfilled order and I haven’t received a refund, my whole explanations of 40 min, was falling deaf ears, they trying play the blame game and trying to blame me that it’s my fault.worst customer service while speaking to staff they left me hanging and waiting for all this time while they carry on doin their things.. I would never visit this subway again,also to add my frustration I was charged 3£ for connecting my call to subway stores…

Serving mainly subs - with your own contense, They also do salad bowls. The staff are polite and friendly. Located on the corner of oxfard Road near Tesco Extra. It is a 5 mins walk from Reading West Station and 15 mins walk from Reading Town and the main station. The Oxford Road area of Reading is very well served by 3 main bus Rutes that are very frequant anfd reliable. .
