  I only ever come here because its the closest Subway to me. After several negative experiences I will definitely not be back. The two ladies behind the till were rude and clearly not trained. She was picking up one piece of lettuce at a time, why is there rationing going on with the ingredients? Asked her to add more as 1 jalapeño for a foot long isnt sufficient. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to add an extra jalapeño. When I got home, there was a hair in my sub, straight into the bin that went! The worst experience, not even the first time. Will never be back here again. Also Management need to take action, can you not see all the negative reviews regarding the staff attitude, the stingyness with ingredients, the quality of the subs/ingredients, the hygiene, cross contamination etc. Fix up staff and management, absolutely poor.

  I’m never coming to this branch again, This branch consistently disappoints. I ordered a footlong and there was barely anything inside. It mainly tasted like bread and when i said to add more he said this is all he can add but that is not true as I’ve been to other branches and they make a proper sandwich. I also had a reward on the app which was a free meal upgrade and i scanned it and the guy at the till said it did not work and to come next time and I showed him I had a reward but was arguing with me that it is not valid when it clearly says it is valid before 3/03 and I came at 1/03. It seems like staff at this branch are not trained properly as I had a similar experience before in this branch. Waste of money and bad attitude from staff.
