  Cookie was clearly days old and hard as rock. The screen ordering is dreadful, it’s not clear what you are ordering, I ended up with a footlong despite the picture showing 6inch. Just the worst subway.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I accidentally ordered a pepperoni submarine sandwich and immediately asked the staff if it could be changed. I even offered to pay the difference, but the employee at the front refused to help. At other Subway locations, staff have always been polite and willing to support customers when honest mistakes happen. This is the worst service I’ve experienced at any Subway. Since this store relies on kiosk ordering and there is no staff support for order corrections, they really need to focus more on customer service and flexibility. Mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with understanding. 6.10 PM - 19.02.2026

  Went to this subway on a long trip home from Cornwall. Melroy was very helpful. 10/10 for customer service and the food was great. Thanks. Jason.

  First time ordered food from subway Mamsbury service station today.The customer service from one of the Indian lady wearing a round clear glass, customer service was horrible. When the food was ready, she threw on the counter without saying your food is ready or without saying single word and walked away even I said thank u but still no response at all. This is somebody’s food maybe they can just offered today with the living crisis going so high. Have a simple respect and be kind.

  Worst subway I've ever had. Also somehow they managed to forget to add cheese? Which sounds like something that couldn't happen in a subway, but in this one, you can only order on screens, they wouldn't let me order with them. They also have visors up so you can't see what they're doing. Woman I asked I could order at counter was also rude. Avoid like the plague.
