  Used this subway over the last few weeks, I come out of my way to use this one as the manager is upbeat and welcoming and all staff are informative and friendly. Can not fault this place always immaculate

  Ordered today and what a horrendous experience. The service was awfully slow. They toasted my sandwich and then added cold meatball sauce on it. They then squished my melt into a box and when I got it home all the filling had fallen out. When I asked the guy why he put cold meatball sauce on my sandwich he blamed me and said I asked for it when the sauce was already on it. At the end I asked for a bag and he put the bag on top of my food and made me bag it myself. It took 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The young boy serving was terrible, even the manager had to applogise to me on his behalf. I always use garstang subway not catterall, I'll stick to garstang in future.

  I was tempted by the vouchers the postman dropped off and I did take the time to drive over. On entering, I asked if I could use the vouchers and was told I couldn't, as they are not set up for them. I have to ask, why waste the time and paper actually posting them!
