  Just had a sandwich from subway at Walton le Dale retail Park in Preston I've never been so disappointed the steak and cheese was soggy and missing sauce and spicy Italian was missing fillings the young lad that was on was clueless or should I say over worked and on his own computers for on line orders was down he was writing them down on paper he had customers coming in ordering and he didn't know whst was what with ppl orders the shop where half stocked there was limited bread that's what kind of staff that subway want has managers or supervisors I like subway but I've never been disappointed before

  Unfortunately this subway isn't very clean. The food preparation area is grotty and grimey. Needs a total refit and the vegetables look nasty.. avoid!!! Aka it's Halal too...

  This store is gross. Each time ive been the floors are grubby and coverd in rubbish, theres crumbs & god knows what all over the protective glass which covers food. Not sure if they've sacked the cleaner but they need to sort it out or close it down.

  christ never felt so awkward, awful customer service tonight. nothing we wanted in stock and her attitude was unbelievable! would’ve thought we came in peak time, not 7pm on a weekday night. won’t be coming back!

  Visited a couple of weeks ago and ordered a toasted steak and cheese sandwich to take out. Opened it ten minutes later to a soggy wet sandwich which just fell to pieces. Inedible. Would have returned but the shop had closed. Liquid and bread is not a good combination. Maybe when adding steak to a sandwich, drain off the excess juice. Won’t be returning .
