  Nice place but visit was let down as the toilet were locked . The excuse was that the toilets were out of action and would be repaired next week.

  The guy at the counter was ignorant and kept taking to a delivery driver, even going as far as passing the phone around and ignoring our order half way. Our subs were left on the counter visibly for over 10 minutes while he completed another delivery order first, when we got our food almost 20 minutes has passed. The service is terrible, definitely not worth the wait. Just get delivery, they probably do it faster than in-store

  Terrible service staff don’t seem to want to work there. The worst subway in ever been to. Maybe some staff re training is needed certainly not the service subway as a company would be proud of. To top it off the staff member who served the second half of the sandwich had just been to the toilet and didn’t where gloves.

  I eat subway 2/7 days of the week. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to in my life! Single staffed, waited over 20mins, after paying was told the coffee machine is not working, too much cross contamination, poor hygiene, the most miserable staff member ever. Please give this store an audi. There were soo many angry customers!

  Quite possibly the worst atmosphere of a subway i’ve ever seen and they aren’t great to begin with. Ignorant 2 members of staff that don’t even bat an eye to you as you walk in the door whilst also being rude and rolling their eyes when getting asked a question. I was already put off my first 5 minutes of being there as a food health and hygiene worker came in and ask to check the temperature of their meatballs etc as they had numerous complaints about the temperature of their food. we waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches (bare in mind there was only 1 other person in the shop with us) to which then when we finally got our food it was luke warm if that. One of us ordered a tuna whole grain sub with lettuce onions and jalapeños however we had to try and find them upon opening the sandwich. asked for south west sauce and it was like they’d almost put it on lol. Terrible food, terrible atmosphere and terrible service. definitely wont be coming again given all the other bad reviews i’ve seen.
