    The staff was rude I was waiting to place the order but the girl ignored me and went inside and I was getting late for my work. So I left, need improve the service

    What can I say, soggy ,cold waffle fries .turkey and ham wrap, should have been warmed up, but forgotten. Hash browns Small & cold.

    Worst subway experience of my life, ordered a chicken bacon sub and the donuts behind the counter rationed it like we’re in WW3, kiosk takes away the whole subway experience and all those working were very unhelpful. A colleague of mine was also told that they can’t have two sauces with their sub, which was the first that I’ve ever heard of that, it’s like someone was going to cut their wages if they gave us two sauces . They even put hash browns in a chicken and bacon sandwich. This never would’ve happened if it was a non kiosk experience and non stingy workers.

    The kiosk system has ruined the subway experience and I hope this is not implemented in all stores. The charm of a subway is interacting with the servers and seeing your food made, now that’s gone. And the kiosks don’t even let you customise the sandwiches how you’d want to, which was the whole point of a subway. As long as the kiosks are installed I won’t eat here again.
