  This is a particularly good Subway. The staff take care over making the sandwiches, and are generous with amounts. On the most recent occasion a staff member recommended a different type of bread because the one I'd selected was a bit dry. I'm fussy with sandwiches, but feel confident ordering here.

  I want to report the employee (I believe she was the manager) working at the till on Saturday, the 20th, around 13:00. I was queuing at the till with my husband waiting to be served, when he went looking for the facilities. As soon as the employee noticed my husband, she screamed from her position, saying that the toilets are only for customers (we were in the queue!). Upon ordering at the till, she didn't sound accommodating at all; it seemed like she was in a hurry to get our orders and displayed an attitude of impatience all throughout. This was not only towards us, but also towards other customers. I am very disappointed by this behaviour and I trust it will be addressed with the competent management as it was such a bad experience visiting this branch.

  very unhelpful staff,rude and disrespectful.The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing almost as if they didn’t have any type of training and it was their first day.

  Poor sandwich making skills. Young guy ripped the bread which caused alot of waste and presented a poor state of a sandwich. They used to be very generous with salad in there but have gone down hill alot! Staff used to be so friendly but clearly not anymore
