  Very poor customer service — one of the worst experiences I’ve had in the UK. I have also worked in restaurants before, and no matter how the food is, customers should always be treated with respect and given a good response. The staff member was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t even smile or show basic courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

  Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff were super friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere too. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommend coming here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Ordered a 6 inch cheese only sub. £4.89. Also had a steak sub. Asked for salad bits on the steak buy plain for the cheese as it was for the little one. Wrapped and paid for with drinks £15. Sat down and opened up sandwich. The cheese had all the salad and the steak nothing. Took it back and said they had made a mistake. And to make a fresh one as ordered another £4.89 to pay!!! The sub had 3 triangles of cheese and was warmed up for 30 seconds. Near on 5 quid for that. Absolutely absured. Ridiculous price for a cheese roll. Should have gone to greegs as we originally planned. Will not be buying from subway again. That's a promise.
