    I was given the wrong sub which I did not order in the shop. They mixed up my sub with someone else’s and didn’t notice until I got home and unwrapped it. They also gave me the wrong cookies ( I ordered a rainbow cookie and got a double chocolate chip). Ruined my night

    Very poor experience. The store was understaffed and struggling, with only two staff members, one in training. I ordered via the kiosk (no receipt issued), waited 30 minutes, and was refused both a refund and cancellation. More concerning was the standard of food hygiene. Staff handled food and money without changing gloves and touched their face before preparing food. Food safety standards appeared extremely poor. I left without food or a refund.

    The worst Subway Ever… The bun was hard, the waffle chips was so sloppy and cheese bites also. Never EVER go there. So horrible.
