  DO NOT GO IN PERSON - I was just in there now, at 22:20pm and was advised "There will be at least a half hour wait because I've got a lot of Deliveroo orders to do". Seriously? I'm supposed to just stand there like a potato whilst orders are processed for people who can't even be bothered to leave their house, who are sat at home with their feet up? I live 100 meters away, so I'll never use a delivery service for them. And I'll never go back in because tonight that was an instant "walk out and make other arrangements" tonight, something I'll never risk again, so unless it's clearly communicated as a reply to this review that this is definitely NOT store policy and the chap in tonight was horribly mistaken, then I guess after 14 years of regularly visiting that store we've had our last sandwiches from there.

  Food was good. Service was not. No conversation or engagement with customers. Guy serving at the till got his phone out half way through the transaction

  Absolutely disgusted with Ringwood road Poole subway every time I order from the the miss items out some of the food is cold and I ordered again tonight and still missed out my sides and sauces and also found a hair in my food absolutely disgusting the place needs new staff or people to actually read the orders properly and look after their own hygiene and keep it away from the food
