    Absolutely disgusting place, no clean tables, i had to clean the table & the seats before we could eat. This was on a sunday afternoon where two youngsters seem to be running the place. The girl was wearing some very short shorts which I didnt think was appropriate uniform. The toilets were dirty and disgusting. Overall a horrible experience

    Ordered a salad, and of course specified what salad I wanted. When the trainee staff member was making it, she asked her colleague what to do - he said “just throw everything in”. I didn’t realise it was my salad until they called my number, I told them that I’d watched them make the food and that it was wrong. They remade it, offered no recognition or apology - then forgot to add the sauce on the remake. I work in food and hospitality, it really isn’t difficult to get things right first time.

    Honestly a shambles. I feel like these new kiosks has just complicated things for staff which leaves customers waiting up to 20 minutes for a sub. The establishment is filthy had to eat with our subs on our laps not one clean table in the whole place, bins over flowing, even the prep area was not clean and organised. Ran out of different breads and salad toppings. Toilets absolutely vile. The girl who made my sub didn’t listen to instructions asked for “just a few jalapenos” ended up with 20 in a 6 inch. I feel it would make a big difference if the place wasn’t constantly understaff, 2 people need to be making the subs and 1 cleaning and stocking up the fridges ect, instead it’s left to balance it all out by two staff members despite being a busy location. Felt sorry for the guy working yesterday as it was like he was on his own the girl wasn’t much help at all. Also I don’t like the fact it always has large groups of teens just hanging out in there (not customer) gives the place a bad atmosphere. Unfortunately this review isn’t based of a onetime experience it’s been like this the past few times I’ve came in. Won’t be rushing back that’s for sure. Don’t think it’s down to the staff (they must be under loads of pressure) but the higher ups who understaff the place

    Who ever this woman working tonight couldn’t even make a sub she made half a footlong as the footlong half of it was okay a the other half was terrible.
