  Me and my family came in today (6th of May 2025) they staff were so rude and very unpleasant. Both staff members looks miserable and seemed like they didn't want to be there. It was middle age lady and an older one, both wore glasses definitely the worst subway I have been to. Need to find staff that want to be there. I would of asked for the manager to speak to but they seems so rude and didn't want an agreement with them. Food was ok I've had better, they gave us the bear minimum of salad, meat and sauce. Definitely need to up it.

  I had a really good experience at this Subway, especially thanks to Caroline. I came in and had an issue with my bank card which took a while to sort out, and it was honestly a bit embarrassing. But Caroline was so patient, kind, and understanding the whole time. She didn’t rush me or make me feel awkward at all, and she actually turned it into a positive experience. It’s rare to get customer service like that these days, and it really made a difference. Thank you, Caroline, for being so professional and friendly — I really appreciated it.

  Food was fine, but staff were very rude. Told me to order faster when I was just trying to think. Felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Poor customer service
