    I received exceptional service this week. My sandwich was prepared perfectly, and it included an ideal amount of jalapeños, which I typically have to request.

    Interesting food hygiene practices. Sunday 31st August 1100. Staff member seen handling cash whilst wearing food prep gloves then delving into the salad with those same gloved hands. Surely this isn’t right?

    Absolutely disgraceful attitude! Sent the wrong items didn't care kept saying you have to deal with the app. No. You sent the wrong items to the. Customer... And then she said I was shouting at her! So apparently they knowingly advertise stock they dont have and then send you what you dont want!... Absolutely ridiculous.... Worst customer service I have had in a long time. 2X they have sent the wrong items and 2X they have not accepted their responsibility! Will never ever shop there again!
