  Cant believe all the negative reviews about this Branch - I have visited 3 times over the last few months & the customer service has been superb - the servers have been polite, helpful & always service with a smile - I have actually praised the staff in store as well - a real pleasure to visit.

  Not been to Subway generally very much as they have dropped standards significantly, but to be fair had a pretty decent, and best I've had for a long time sub from here. Well made, good amount of filling and tasty. Staff were good, and it wasn't the stupid self service machines they are fitting in other locations

  Wonky tables and it would if been nice if at least 1 of 3 staff on duty cleaned the tables. I mean we are the only ones in.

  The most rude staff member I’ve ever come across. I walked in with my partner this evening to order but was not acknowledged by any staff for a good 5 minutes as they were “too busy” with a deliveroo order. I can understand that other orders are to be completed in a timely manner but to not even acknowledge a walk in guest is just disgusting and then to not even have any response after I ask if I can order when they’re ready is even more shocking! The guy with the glasses in there is the most rude guy I’ve ever met and that’s coming from someone who is usually pretty patient but they seriously need to rethink their staff choices here coz I won’t be going back as long as staff like him are working there. Absolutely 0 social skills, 0 regard for others and quite frankly he seemed like he just didn’t want to be there.
