    Visited Subway today around 9:30pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff were focused on preparing online orders while walk-in customers were left waiting for quite a while before our order was even taken. We asked for hash browns and were told there weren’t any left, so we said okay. A little later, we noticed there actually were hash browns available, but when we asked again, the staff member said they had to save them for online orders. It felt unfair to say that to customers who were physically in the store waiting to be served. To make matters worse, while paying for 3 footlongs, we were asked to pay 10p for a bag. I’ve been ordering from Subway for years and have never been charged before, so I politely mentioned it. The response from the staff was rude, saying it was “not our problem” and that I should speak to previous staff members instead. Overall, it felt like the staff were unable to handle the pressure of a busy evening and unfortunately took it out on walk-in customers through poor attitude and rude behaviour. Very disappointing experience.

    This Subway has become practically impossible to visit now. They never have meatballs ready, and act like it’s a massive inconvenience if you order them, and there’s a young Asian lady (name tag written too messily to read, but it begins with a K) who is useless. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve had to repeat everything numerous times to her, and even then she still gets it wrong (such as saying no to it being toasted, but she proceeds to toast anyway). When she says no to a request, she does it with a smug look on her face. The upstairs dining area is never cleaned, and finding a table that’s even remotely viable to eat at is difficult. This place has gone massively downhill since Charlie left.

    What a complete dive. The staff are shocking don't know how heat up my sandwich properly and then have the cheek to over charge me saying we have to charge you twice because you had a 12inch and not the 6inch. Really avoid at all cost

    Sorry to say but the staff in this subway shop need training (more) customer service is shocking it’s a struggle to tell staff a simple order that is listed on your menu having to spell it out is ridiculous, waiting around half the time for staff to come off their phone along with being effortless when doing your order last time I had hash brown bites and chipotle bites and a 6inch sub and both were meant to be cooked when I was given my order it everything was hardly warm at all if you don’t care about customers then get out the hospitality industry simple
