Very poor service at this Subway. Before ordering, we noticed hair in the cheese container and pointed it out, but staff said they couldn’t see it and reacted as if we were at fault. Cleanliness seems lacking, and the staff member making our sandwich had a terrible attitude. Very disappointed - this isn’t what I expect from Subway.

staff clueless and rushing around. ask you what you want then do something different. waiting around 15 mins just for a sandwich to be made. worse subway ever

Just went in for a quick lunch and the service of the staff was terrible, particularly a short Indian lady with an accent tried to serve 3 people at once which then threw off her colleague on who's sandwich is what as they came to the next station in reverse order. She also charged me for extra cheese even though I got the regular triangle one at the first station and didnt offer it when she said to toast it, as well as didnt tell me untill I was going to pay that 2 of the meats I got were also extra. All 3 servers I spoke to where quiet to where I had to lean in to hear them. All the mix up, mainly from the first lady, made the whole experience slow as well. I hope the right people see this and improvement takes place
