  It's Subway, you know exactly what you're getting. It's a five star rating for the staff, who are always accommodating and friendly, with particular mention for Shane, who managed to singlehandedly deal with constant orders during a rush, while still having a great approach to customer service.

  Advertises on the window and till free kids meal with footlong so I got 2 and was refused the kids meal with staff stating they didn’t offer it in this store despite advertising it

  I asked for 12 cookies double chocolate and didn’t receive a single chocolate cookie. Instead chocolate chip.

  I’ve not been to a subway for a long time, like a few years but I was hungry and near Tesco (should have got a meal deal from there) upon entering the premises I was not acknowledged so I waited by the counter to be severed. one staff member was adding salad to another customers order but a simple smile or nod would be appreciated, she was really miserable and throwing the salad onto the subs she also had to confirm 3 times what the other customer wanted on his food 🤷‍♂️ eventually I was served by a lad who again appeared to be very miserable he said “what do you want” so I ordered my bmt upon moving to the salad bar this lady again had to confirm twice what I wanted in it (which was everything but no olives) simple right! There was no offer to upsell to a mealdeal which was surprising however I did ask if the rainbow cookies were fresh? She replied yes so I asked for 3. Upon getting back to my car I realised these cookies must have been at least 2 days old or probably more as they were rock solid. Having worked in customer service for most of my life I was completely appalled by the staff here. I would recommend everyone to go to another location for their food

  When me and my wife arrived around 7pm there was just us and a delivery guy in the store Arjun was the only one on shift and he kindly told us he would be with us in a few minutes while he quickly sorted the delivery guy out, which he was and he was very polite and apologetic about the wait. A que soon started to build up with delivery drivers also starting to pile in, despite Arjun being on his own he seemed very skilled and quick with dealing with the rising about of customers, multitasking while being polite. I take my hat off to him! He deserves a medal for that! 👏
