  I ordered a foot long Italian sub with just cheese for my daughter, no sauce and minimal salad. I was only given 3 triangles of cheese which didnt even fill length of the bread and a half scoop of grated cheese. I asked for more cheese, was told it would cost extra. I did not want anything else apart from lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and red onion. Very very poor portion sizes, disgusting I had to pay extra when I wasn't having any meat and minimal salad. I told the ladies I wasn't happy and the branches in Norwich never skimp on the cheese. I mean 3 measly small triangles in a foot long sub, come on!!!! The sub wasn't even toasted well nor put together well!! After complaining and whilst waiting for the sub to toast the lady who was obviously in charge proceeded to speak to her colleague in her own native language which I thought was very rude indeed!! All she kept saying was 'it's company policy!' Will not be stopping here again!!

  Below acceptable portion sizes, when you ask them to correct they charge for an "extra topping" on your bill without telling you. When asked for cheese and toasted they add double cheese without you asking and again, charge you for this.

  A Subway within a Co-op Food Store. It has a very limited seating area but the counter and display appeared clean and hygienic. Sharif served us with speed and politeness. We had a lovely BMT x2 and coffee. We recommend this Subway!

  The salad looked like it had been out for a week. The was flies on everything. Took ages to get across what I wanted to order as the person wasn't listening at all
